Terms and Conditions

MyFrames is a personalization tool. Creators are fully responsible for every creative, image, logo, text, brand element, copyrighted item, trademark, private detail, and other material they upload or publish.

MyFrames and The Dhwalin are not liable for copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, defamation, licensing, ownership, or other disputes arising from creator-uploaded creatives. Creators must ensure they have all required rights and permissions.

Private vs Public Creatives

Private creatives require credits and may include the creator's own company, brand, event, or property details. They are intended for the creator's own controlled use.

Public creatives do not use credits, but they must be suitable for general community personalization and cannot include private company details, ownership-sensitive assets, or property information. Public creatives go live only after admin review.

Public or private creatives may be rejected, removed, disabled, reported, or restricted for any reason. MyFrames / The Dhwalin reserves all rights to take any action needed to protect the platform, users, legal compliance, or brand reputation.

Reviews, Rejections, and Moderation

Public interest creatives may be approved or rejected at the sole discretion of admin user ID 1. Rejection reasons may be shared with the creator. Any creative can later be disabled if it is found unsuitable, infringing, misleading, harmful, or risky.

MyFrames by The Dhwalin has full rights to approve, reject, disable, restrict, or remove access to any creative at any time without prior notice.

Coins and Payments

Both public and private creatives can earn coins when eligible creator-to-creator generation occurs. Coin value, redemption rules, payment pricing, and availability can change anytime.

International Use

Users are responsible for following laws applicable in their country, including copyright, consumer, privacy, data protection, advertising, and platform rules. If GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws apply, creators must ensure they have a valid legal basis for any personal data they collect or use.

Changes

These terms may be changed anytime without prior notice. Continued use of MyFrames means acceptance of the latest terms.
